# Glossary

  <Accordion title="AI employee">
    A worker you hire inside Jobr. It understands your company, works across your connected surfaces, and proposes actions in your tools. \$99 per month, includes 300 actions.

  <Accordion title="Action">
    One completed piece of work: a drafted reply, an answered lead, or an executed tool action. Every action is metered.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Tool action">
    An action the AI takes inside a connected tool, such as creating a HubSpot contact. Always approval-gated in v1. Counts as 2 metered actions.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Surface">
    A place your employee communicates: in-app chat, Slack, Gmail, or forwarded email.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Connector">
    An integration between Jobr and an outside tool. Some connectors take real actions today; others capture a secure connection now and switch on actions as the action bridge expands.

    Everything your employee knows: your company profile, your uploaded documents, and your synced website.

    How much freedom a channel has: approve-first, auto, or gmail draft.

    Sends without review, with a safety valve. Your instructions can still force review.

  <Accordion title="Risk tier">
    How sensitive a tool action is: read, write, or money. A plain member cannot approve write or money actions.

    A limit you set that gates overage only. Included actions never pause.

    A human review by Jobr, usually under one business day, before any real sending begins.

  <Accordion title="Owner / member / builder">
    The three roles. Owner controls billing and everything. Member works but has no billing and cannot approve write or money actions. Builder is a seller or agency operating client companies.
