What the approvals queue is

The approvals queue is where your AI employee’s proposed work waits for a human. Nothing sensitive leaves Jobr without passing through here, unless a channel is explicitly set to auto. You will find it on the approvals tab of each employee, and surfaced on your dashboard.

What you can do with each item

Approve

Send the reply or execute the tool action as proposed.

Edit

Adjust the draft or the action before it goes out.

Reject

Stop it. Nothing happens.

Reading a tool action

When the item is a tool action, the queue shows you the parameters as a readable list, with a risk chip telling you whether it is a read, write, or money action.
The action only looks something up. Lowest risk.
The action changes data in a connected tool, such as updating a contact.
The action touches money, such as creating a draft invoice. Highest care.
A plain member cannot approve write or money actions. Only the owner, or a builder operating the company, can approve those.

Approvals and your action count

A tool action counts as 2 metered actions: 1 when the AI proposes it, and 1 when you approve and it executes. See Actions and usage.
