Control by design

Jobr is built so a human stays in charge of anything that matters. Writes and money never happen automatically. Here are all the control surfaces.

Approvals queue

Approve, edit, or reject each draft and tool action. See the parameters of a tool action as a readable list, with a risk chip.

Approval modes

Approve-first, auto, or gmail draft, set per channel.

Instructions

Written rules that come first and can force a review even in auto mode.

Pause an employee

Stop an employee’s work at any time.

Flag a bad output

Flag a poor AI output. It goes to a review queue.

Spend cap

A limit you set that gates overage only. Included actions never pause.

The human go-live review

Before any real sending starts, Jobr runs a human go-live review of your setup. It usually takes under one business day. This is your safety net: it catches problems before your employee ever contacts a customer.

Risk tiers and who can approve

Tool actions carry a risk tier of read, write, or money.
A plain member cannot approve write or money actions. Only the owner, or a builder operating the company, can approve those.

The spend cap in detail

1

Set your cap

Choose the most you want to spend beyond your included actions.
2

Included actions keep running

Your 300 included actions per employee never pause, cap or no cap.
3

Overage is gated

Extra actions at $0.15 each only happen while you are under the cap.
