Connect Google Calendar

Open the connectors page
Go to
/app/connectors and choose Google Calendar.2
Sign in with Google
Authorize the Google account whose calendar the employee should read and write to.

Enable actions per employee
In the employee’s tools tab, turn on the calendar actions it is allowed to propose.
Approval and risk
Writes (creating or updating events) require an owner or a builder to approve. A plain member cannot approve write or money actions. A tool action counts as 2 metered actions. See Actions and usage.Next
