What HubSpot does

HubSpot is a tool-action connector. Once connected, your employee can propose changes in your CRM — you approve each one in the approvals queue.

Create or update a contact

Add a new contact or update an existing one. Write tier.

Log a note

Connect HubSpot

1

Open the connectors page

Go to /app/connectors and choose HubSpot.
2

Authorize access

Sign in to HubSpot and grant access.
3

Enable actions per employee

In the employee’s tools tab, turn on the specific HubSpot actions it can propose.

Approval and risk

Write actions in HubSpot require an owner or a builder to approve. A plain member cannot approve write or money actions. A tool action counts as 2 metered actions. See Actions and usage.
